Well guys, I just wanted to share with you all what I did today.     BREAKFAST:   I drank a Muscle Milk protein shake, which has hardly any carbs,very low sugar, and 25 grams protein.   LUNCH: I had a small taco salad, not the healthiest meal, but wait my day isn’t done yet!
